Redefine Life is a space for you to build and grow as a small business.
Redefine Life started, and continues, as a Counselling and Support Service for individual practitioners in all aspects of health, to work as their own independent business in a team environment, and has now expanded to include small businesses.
Redefine life is the ideal set up for those, starting out, or wanting a permanent or casual space away from home to work on their business. Working away from home broadens the opportunity for further networking, and the ability to focus on the job at hand without interruption.

Redefine Life is located in Melbourne’s leafy eastern suburbs at Level 1,  171 Boronia Road, Boronia, 3155, adjacent to the Boronia Village Shopping Centre.

We have rooms available for counsellors or other professional practitioners, as well as small business owners, who are starting out, established but looking to change location, and anything in between.  We also provide opportunities to connect with other service providers.

Rooms are available on a sessional or permanent basis and subject to availability. Fees are on a sliding scale so the more you book the less you pay. Great for those who want to set up permanently without a lock in contract, or for those starting out or building up their business, and need a space to see their clients.

You are your own business, but in a friendly team environment, with networking opportunities.

Hourly rates from as low as $12.00 + 1.20 GST, depending on the number of hours booked.

Booking Fees for Redefine Life rooms

Each billing period is one month. During that month the booking fees will scale down as you book more sessions. One “session”=1 hour.



Fee (Per Booking)
First 20 bookings. $ 21.50 + 2.15 GST
Next 15 bookings (21 to 35). $ 17.00 + 1.70 GST
Next 15 bookings (36 to 50). $ 14.00 + 1.40 GST
More than 50 bookings. $ 12.00 + 1.20 GST

Cancellation fees

Fee (Per Cancellation)
Less than 1 days notice $ 20.00 + 2.00 GST
More than 1, but less than 30 days notice $ 5.00 + 0.50 GST
More than 30 days notice Free
* The cancellation fee will also never be more than the original booking fee.

  • Furnished rooms: include 2 tub chairs, side table, mood lighting, cupboard, tissues, bin, desk, and chair.
  • Soundproofing to protect client confidentiality

Personal requirements:

  • You must have your own clientele
  • Your own public liability insurance (and any other personal insurance you may require for your particular service).
  • Be responsible for your own client scheduling and greeting.
